Fee structure

The citizens of Bengal can get the first copy of the income certificate free of cost. But if you are applying through CSC, then you have to pay Rs. 20 for service. If any extra page of printing or scanning required then the following charges will be applicable to beneficiaries:

  • You have to pay Rs 5.00 for extra page black and white printing.
  • For extra color page printing, you have to pay Rs 10.00.
  • You have to pay Rs 5.00 for scanning per page.

E district West Bengal Citizen Register

To apply for any certificate, the citizen has to register on the e-district portal. To register, you have to follow the below procedure for that:

  • Firstly, you have to visit the official website of West Bengal Portal.e-District West Bengal Citizen Register
  • Then, you have to click on the “Citizen Registration” link.
  • It takes you to the registration page.
  • Then, you have to enter your name, mobile, and email address.
  • After that, you have to click on the “Next” button.

  • Now, you have to enter username, password, and confirm password.
  • Then, you have to click on the Next button.
  • Now, you have to enter the address and OTP which you have received on your mobile.

If you want to get a WB Income certificate, then, first of all, you need to visit the Kolkata municipal corporation office. Submit the Income certificate application form with all necessary documentation. You will get the Income certificate after verification of the document from the KMC office. If you want to get registration online, then follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, you have to visit the official website of West Bengal Portal.
  • Now, you have to enter your username, password, and captcha code.
  • After that, you have to click on the login button.
  • It takes you to the e-district West Bengal Portal Dashboard.
  • Now, you have to click on the option “Certificate”.
  • It shows a list of certificate applications available.
  • Now, you have to click on the “Income Certificate” link.
